I agree. Try it at shopping malls during weekends. WhatsApp can’t even send out message. Feedback to m1, was told that they noted the issue and was working with the malls to improve.

Malls = many places around singapore
Weekends = very crowed


At least they send me an update message saying it’s rectified at which mall. I won’t say it’s still up to standard.

Everyone will have different experience depending on routine & areas frequent, so let it be. Do your own due diligence. Saying it's a false claim because you have a different experience is a bit OTT.
