telecom send notification if data plan going to reach the data limit

Does any telecom send notification if data plan going to reach the data limit?
If yes how to do it.
I currently have m1, Singtel and starhub mobile data plan.

Yes using sinktel, once reach 85% they will drop me a text.

I create an acc for the sinktel app.
I think will be setting for it.

singtel has provided an apps, it can do many things such as view bills, view current used talk time n data, n set alerts on data usage.

I think only Singtel have it right, my Singtel contract still 12gb with 3G speed. Will not hit limit, only m1 and Starhub got chance to hit limit.

once recontract will lose the 12gb, think twice.

Lol, then I would never want to recontract unless the telco change your plan to by default, 4G.
