the purpose of temp PES grading is to place u under pending by either a certain timeframe or medical results.

therefore, temp PES status cannot be considered as fit for BMT recourse.

Temp PES status has a fixed expiry date. Is your status expiring soon or has expired? Did you ask the MO during your FFI how come you're fit for recourse if you're currently down PES?
