Hi,

I'm facing some issues with my phone.
These few days, it seems to get warm easily.

When I disable power saving, I got a temperature of 60+ degrees using Android tuner to check.

When I enable power saving, I got a temperature of 50+ degrees using Android tuner to check.

I formatted my phone and the issue is still there.

Is this normal?

It seems a bit too over heated.

What you could do is, check what are the apps that running on background that in particularly causing the processor to keep running.

Check any signs of bloated battery.

Format the phone and install app one by one. Do not use the restore function.

Cause it will help you install back all the apps. By doing so it makes the situation even harder to isolate.

Never charge and play games at the same time.

If all else fails then im sorry to say you got to go back to service centre to check it out.

Hi,

How do I know which program is hogging the processor?

Are there any specific programs I can use to monitor?

Go to Settings, under Battery check which apps are most heavily utilized.
You might want to check if your phone is going into Sleep state by checking the chart.
