if within a month chiong to 2k then sua loh, stocks can't go up all the way man, this run up made me a little worried.

Yes, but price when I sold was $20. After I sold then ran up 7%, talk about timing .

But $1400 is my price target for the month. If really run up another $200 then I'm fine selling it.

I using tiger margin acct, so no need put up cash upfront. But of course if assignment hits then I need to prepare cash in.

On 15 Oct 21, I bought a Tesla LEAP Contract and the details are as follow:
Type of Option: LEAPS Call
Date of Expiration: 20 Jan 2023 (461 days to expiration)
Delta: 0.194
Strike price: $1500
Premium Price: $37.50
Share price of Tesla on 15 Oct 21: $839.70


Based on Monday (1 Nov) Tesla’s closing price of $1208.59, the premium has increased to $165


Percentage of Tesla price gain: (1208.59 – 839.9) / 839.9 = 43.8%


Percentage of Tesla LEAPS premium gain: (165 – 37.5) / 37.5 = 340%


For this LEAPS, I have an unrealised gain of $12,750.

It seem that elon is implying stock is too high to cool off the bull run. Rumors floating around tesla might stock spilt soon again. I think they can also issue new shares to raise capital. Previous 2 round of capital was raised when stock when near ath.

Is a craze buying akin to meme buying with nothing backing after elon posted another tweet that no contract has been signed with hertz yet few hours ago. Currently screaming 'danger' while holding the button. Elon does not seem to be a very trustworthy person. However, this irrational may last even longer than we think.

i prefer it cools down. have been holding tsla for more than a year plus but the recent climb is very not like before. ytd was almost non-stop upwards, no major down. post market too.
