Tesla will file proxy statement today. included in the proxy statement is the upcoming AGM date which includes the # of additional shares Tesla is looking to issue from there we can roughly estimate the split ratio.

Understand tesla is hot for EV but the China nio anyone got take a look? I don't like China stock listed in US as anytime can kena delisted. Wonder if anyone also bought nio in addition to Tesla can share their view?

Tesla is a growth stock. Not questioning it's potential as a company and not debating that the recent dips were due to Musk selling. But with fed rate hikes isn't the valuation bit high now, being it a growth stock? Upside should be limited in short term?

Tesla price is maintained by the continuing positive good news and good forward guidance. There are always buyers whenever the price dipped.

Its valuation isnt a "bit" high, its astronomical. I see this as a sign that the stock market has not yet reached its nadir.
