at the moment really nothing much compare to boston dynamics robot
$20k per robot.
This democratizes humanoid robot assistants for mass production work and menial labour. It is a gamechanger. AI software that can be programmed to do any task too hard for machines but too easy for human labour is the key. It will replace expensive unionised labour for menial tasks. No need to fear employee lawsuits, no emergency medical leave, 24hours operation, no complains, no work scandals, no drug users, always on time, no drunk alcoholics.
When Elon quoted the price, it really caught my attention. Today, humanoid robots are extremely expensive or do not have good AI. As the result, none has ever seen mass adoption yet: Asimov (Honda) - poor software mainly based on preprogrammed script, Boston Dynamics >$1million super expensive showy and unrealistic pricing.
Elon will be the first to make it accessible to small biz.
I think Tesla will survive this bear market as one of the next market leader.
Other than Apple with their Iphone, no other company in the world has integrated hardware and software as well as Tesla. Whereas Apple has solved the existing generation's problem with seamless communication and creator work, Tesla is solving the next generation's problem: productivity challenges of the ageing demographics in wealthy developed nations.
Long Tesla while short Nikola/Fisker/Rivian/Ford/GM will be profitable.
