yes $81 x no of qty

1)if it close above 425 I take max loss, buy Tesla at 425 sell at 420

2)close below 420 I get to keep all the premium for the calls I sold, 425 calls that I bought will expire worthless = profit. :s12:

the number of qty is limited by ur buying power right??

how to calculate how much buying power for this play? cuz need figure out whether worth it or not compared to other stocks

Margin impact around 500 usd

For example 355/350 put credit spread I will be risking $405 for $95

Higher the probability higher the max loss

Looks like tech stocks bubbles burst...
I am preparing more cash to buy!
Look at the ER for TECH sectors especially for the FAANG, they are still making big money than other sectors.

There are setup to change people mindset to move away from TECH stocks. The reality will reveal..

Tech won't burst because of risk premium

Risk takers go for equities - that will never change

People on the safe side go for bonds

When the risk free rate is so low, it makes no sense to keep as cash anymore.

And invest in companies that can't make money cos of covid? No way.

Tech is the only way. High cagr, low capex.
