Instead of waiting for the ultimate crash to occur, why not ride the wave now? Technicals and fundamentals do not matter now, as is the case for many other stocks in our current landscape. Since the announcement of stock split on 11 August, TSLA has risen 81% in exactly 3 weeks. This kind of movement is hardly seen on large caps.

Some of you must shake off the old way of relying on technical and fundamental analysis for investing, as it is going to be outdated soon. Need to adapt to the changes in the new age of investing. For those who are still waiting and praying for a crash (since god knows when), wait some more while the rest of us ride the wave up :).

TA analyzes human emotions in the markets.

it was developed quite some time ago.

alas....it can't account for the meme factor in our current globally connected world nowadays

Tesla is the ultimate meme stock right now.....no amount of TA will work on this stock :s13::s13:

Tesla is the top holding in the ETF I buy.

I believe Tesla can hit a post-split target of $1000 in under 5 years in the worst case.

See guys. Although everyone tell me take profit is right I knew I will look silly selling. Could have more than doubled the profits in just 2 weeks. Insane

TSLA is behaving like a penny stock right now..it will have a blow off top, and reach the highest point, after which it will take some time to reach this top again

layman example is bitcoin, reached 20k USD and then drop all the way down and now its up again

nothing goes up forever without correction, i believe the top is the SNP500 inclusion announcement and the bad news catalyst will be the earnings Q3 or Q4. Because tesla was only profitable because of regulatory emission credits...with its stock price, it has to execute perfectly

the thing about wall street is that elon musk is being controlled by its expectations. No longer is he the one who set expectations

nobody say you can't "TRIM" position and still have some skin in the game

How come can trade during pre market ??
there's a pre-market for a reason. so u just need a broker that allows u to trade pre-market

this is getting crazy and overextended...just need 1 bad news from tesla and tis will come crashing down

either an offering or bad numbers from Q3....

On September 1, 2020, Tesla, Inc. (“Tesla”) entered into an equity distribution agreement (the “Equity Distribution Agreement”) with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, SG Americas Securities, LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and BNP Paribas Securities Corp., as sales agents (each, a “Sales Agent” and collectively, the “Sales Agents”), to sell shares of common stock, of Tesla (the “Common Stock”) having aggregate sales proceeds of up to $5.0 billion (the “Shares”), from time to time, through an “at-the-market” offering program (the “Offering”).

If historical information is unreliable to make decisions, what are the forward looking information which Tesla provides to market right now?

Pig brain computers?

Is 5 bil a typo? That's like 1% of Tesla's market cap.
