Both can pool their paper Losses and buy a tesla with COE. Portfolio balancing poor AF, now its time to pay lesson fees.

In b4 they start flipping the script to terms like "short term bearish", "long term bullish" , DCA, "Long term view".
din know tsla with coe costs more than SGD300K+

lucky my plan is to retire in Msia and drive a myvi. top spec SGD20K still got change. :ROFLMAO:

Just see them as entertainers la. The nice thing about YouTube is a bunch of amateur folks interviewing each other machiam expert panel discussions. I watch for entertainment purposes. If so steady, these ppl will be managing hedge funds and not talking cock. You go listen to their talk, you immediately know whether they are experts or amateur. And interesting many ppl follow their crypto move and all these stock move. Good for us la. When ppl siam, then it is time for us to pick cheap stuff.
I believe in innovative companies. It got nothing to do with performance. It is the mindset. Great ppl will turn over any great companies.

So much pain for a lot of TSLA Youtubers , wonder if they are continuing to hold as they freeze at the weekly declines., or they managed to get out in time as they try to convince themselves......

Just made a small punt on a short term snap rebound on TSLA but looks like I got it wrong.

Now the biggest question is Tesla forward PE should be 10 (same as toyota) or 20 (aapl) or 30++(growth tech)

Worse case can drop below $50

The E part is highly questionable. Tesla has a much higher than industry net and gross margins, some of it was due to selling regulatory credits and FSD vaporware, if you strip those out and assume lower net margins due to competition then the E can come down very quickly even as they deliver more cars.

A lot of variables to consider so nobody really knows whats going to happen.

There is a local Utuber who posts a lot on Tesla, if I remember correctly having close to 400K in Tesla few weeks back and around $200 average price. I hope he managed to cut loss in time.

It baffles me the amount of Utubers having majority of their positions in 1 stock like Tesla.

This time round is quite different.

Previously, Fed increase IR because real economy and stock market is booming and then pivot when recession hits.

This round Fed was forced to increase IR due to high inflation but the real economy is neutral to weak.

This leads to the question what can Fed do when a big recession/black swan hits the economy while inflation still stay high? Can they slash down IR while risking hyperinflation?
Inflation will come down one. Question is when will it drop to 2%.
