any one took exam recently.
can share which test center to avoid..?

those like bery noisy, unstable test computer, noob staff screw up ur registration etc.... must avoid.

edit - if put the test centre name will kena lim kopi or not?

I took many exams at New Horizons, NetAssist, NTUC LearningHub ..

all the same , quite standard sop.

1) reach the test center 15 min before the test
2) do your registration, bring 2 ID cards, eg: NRIC, credit card, etc
3) put your things in locker
4) start your test
5) once you have done with your test, collect your result and things from locker

so far have not encounter major problem before.

I did MCP at new horizon last year.

Overall experience was fine except that the aircon was down. Sweat like mad while I did the exam.

Went to avantus training. Standard as per hanneg said. U can use the pantry which all the way at the back, Coffee tea and biscuit. I prefer to do it here as its always kinda empty. I can book any date and time

Test centres have a certain standard that they need to achieve one. If you feel it's too noisy, smelly, or anything, just approach the person there to tell them first. If they don't do anything about it, can complain directly to Prometric.

If I want to complain directly to Prometric or Pearson Vue, do I need to get an Incident # first?
