does she offer 1 to 1 coaching or have to sign up for the classes?

I only want to improve my speaking only, not going to learn reading and writing.

i have seen a few people offering thai lessons via skype, anyone tried before and is it useful? or better to learn face to face?

Hmmm thanks for gathering all the info. I believe most bros here are interested in learning to speak rather than writing.

Nope, not 1 for 1 coaching, but as a small class like 10 persons.

Conversation & Reading/Writing course is separate.

Hi Tidus, may i know if the course from Bright focus more on write and read or conversation? I'd like to go for a more formal Thai lesson so that I'd be able to read the newspaper for eg. A pity that NUS no longer offer Thai.

There are 2 types, conversation & reading/writing Thai.

If you want to learn till you can read newspaper, you can go for basic conversation 1st, after you complete it then you go for reading/writing.

You guys still interested in learning?

Just received news from Christine that Brights Education will be offering 10 basic conversation lessons for only $100.00 for limited time only.

Class starts on 18 Feb 2012.
