I did had a i3 2120 b4 , hey is not bad at all lol. I can even do AA game with gtx770 that time no problem . And now this i3 is same as i5 has 4core + 4T for my light game which is enough for me actually i m not saying its best but its really good deal for a $679 build

Still quite a OK cpu la. I'm using this now also. Can game @2K with 1070 while still running some other emulation behind without lag. That's why i still don't want to change to ryzen.

Not really. For office use, 4 cores is more than enough dual core also works fine.
