Not an expert here. And I don't pretend I understand what the above YouTube video is talking about.

But from what I read 5G SA is supposed to be safer than 4G LTE. 4G LTE is supposed to be more secure than your home WiFi network. So if you dare not to use 5G, then you should not use 4G or even home WiFi network.

And when the above video can be published, that usually means the vulnerabilities have already been identified and patched if the telcos are following right security practice.

Example: potential solution from CISCO. Again I just searched by keywords and I do not pretend I know the details.
