I checked on the sample shot taken with z5 in Nex sony.
Didn't see the blurry left edge.

Could be batch issue. I know how the manufacturer work on smartphone lenses.

Anyone gotten their hands on the phone? Care to give personal review?

  1. weak battery if compare to Z3+.
  2. camera looks great. somehow top left corner abit blur-ish. as mentioned by some users here.
  3. screen looks ok. i find it on the dull side even i max the brightness.
  4. ringtone i felt on soft side.
  5. it get warm easily but z3+ not so easily heating.
  6. i feels that the on/off button need to press hard and the sound is loud! :s22:
  7. placement of vol buttons is weird.

Posting from my new z5. One problem is that it overheats rather easily

is the overheating not that better on Z5 than Z3+? tempting to get the green Z5 but Z3+ is just a Z5 w/o fingerprint sensor, better camera IMO, hard decision~

How's the fingerprint unlock? Fast and responsive? Also I hear u need to actually press the power button in order to activate it.

How long is the battery? Can last one day under heavy use at least?

Some hit and miss. Register take damn long. Yea, either double tap to wake or press button.

So far not even 2hr SOT at 44% mark.

I see, one last question, is there lags or stutters when using Z5 or Z3+ ? :)

I felt Z3+ more smooth.
