Upro very good for swing play :s12:
When it goes down, like 10% my heart sank, told myself to hold since we are in a bullyish market still, but i keep selling too early, mid-way point of its next rally. Thankfully earn some still and Ibkr brokerage is so low. $20 to 25 per upro trades... :s22:
nvda positive but still a few dollars away, like tens off before can breakeven, average down on dips. I hope can sell for tiny profits before real bear comes after so called inversion.

Do you buy and sell UPRO daily?

It is a leveraged ETF. If stock market goes down like back in Dec 2018, your UPRO will lose a lot of money.

Leveraging is good at the right timing. But I don't think now is a good time to leverage yet. I will consider it when there is maximum fear on the street.

Also, Sunday mass protests in hk. I don't think they care much whether billionaires networth are getting slashed 😂 Ready your bullets on Monday.

Yup, the HK youths finally realised that their generation is pretty much screwed if they remain there. Most of them could not afford even a tiny apartment. So yeah, they would not care about all the corporations and businesses. Sadly, the protests and violence is not a viable solution :(

The market always overhypes a certain topic, like interest rate hike, HK riot etc etc.

Soon the reaction becomes numb of them....and become no event.

Ive been to hotel rooms in hk and my goodness the space is really crappy. Everyday I stay in it, everyday I get frustrated by the small turning space between the WC and shower area. With such a small space to live in, its not healthy mentally.

These protests are the ONLY solution the people have. The system is corrupted, how else can they make their voices heard? The underlying reason why people have protests is precisely because they have no other avenues to voice. This is their last resort, and also a double-down situation.

Which celebrity or businessman dare to step up and support the youths? Instant 封杀. Its very sad, and very true the youths are fighting for their future, and their childrens future, and not one of them is a rich man's child.

Do these Hongkie black-shirt punks believe their riots would garner more public support?
And their 祖国/同志say yes to their demands?
It has been 10 weeks & not ending yet.

Many businesses stalled / travellers disrupted /stock prices drop......

Yup, because life goes on. Unless an asteroid is heading towards earth, the system just keeps chugging on and on. Why? Because this system is fundamentally built on human consumption & greed. Unless the human race is wipe out, capitalism will just keep going, nobody is gonna break it.

I might just go all in

Buy no scared, scared no buy
Be greedy when others are fearful
Time in the market, beats timing the market
Dollar cost averaging
Fundamentals have not changed
Long term, Dow Jones and s&p always increase
Every second you are not in the market, you are losing via opportunity cost

There is a civil engineering challenge in HK because most of their land is mountainous.

I am sure the people there will not have to suffer living in small cramped spaces if their land is more flat and less hilly.

The gutless HK chief is elected by the rich, LiKaShing & those property tycoons.
The tighter the supply, they get richer.

Flattening the smaller hills / land refill not possible in HK?

Yeah I agree on those solutions.

I am not sure why they aren't being carried out.

The worst case is the series of mass shooting in US.
The usual short bursts o politician outcry /reporter comments /flower/RIP...

And in a few days /weeks, another shooting.
The cycle repeats. :o
Truly human tragedy.

Lota of human tragedies around the world. Endless cycles. The DEA arrest 1 drug lord in Mexico/Colombia, 2 more smarter ones rise up to replace and the cycle of violence continues. Thousands are dying from Ebola in Congo and the epidemic is spreading fast.

Compared to these serious problems, trade war or rate hikes pale in comparison.

The scums of the earth are killing each other and deadly plagues for population control, how can these be problems?
