wow Dior D-Point? I do remember the belt, got it quite a while back (few years lol) - a friend bought it for me in the UK.
I have no idea about stocks, etc, but maybe you would wanna try seeing if local boutiques do have em? the D-Point is pretty common. If all else fails, yahoo auctions jp or rakuten, i'm well sure you could get one there.
