Equus leather, 1 1/4" width, choose your buckle. I prefer silver with black

Not BIFL, probably genuine leather.
Most would recommend going for a full-grain leather belt.
What purpose is it for? (office wear/casual?)

office wear. but his office is business casual so i would say it's not for formal needs.

Business casual as in jeans or pants?
Budget and preference?

For bespoke, can check out equus leather (abit costly) or aquilafashions (cheaper).
Should fit whatever needs you have, unless you want a 'branded' belt.

West End Bridle Leather Belt from Equus suitable for office wear? I wonder if the hole spacing can be smaller? Or can i get them to punch 1 more hole inbetween their normal spacing for the 3rd and 4th holes?

Hi,

Any place to recommend to adjust belt length? Bought a leather one from Barker online but it’s too big. The buckle is pinned on, so I can’t open it like normal buckle.

Belt cannot be exchanged, and I've passed the exchange period... sian

You can to go to a leather crafter to adjust the length. Those shoe/bag shops at shopping malls can probably do it as well.

Btw that is a standard buckle. No idea what you mean by normal buckle.
