hmm after trying the bags, there is something about the nomin straps being more comfortable. although the organization in the granville is better. i think nomin is the way to go for me, now deciding on color...both looks so good haha

Are there any local shops which carry the fidlock snap fasteners? Would love to find some and diy my own keychain to fit in the side pocket of the Errant.

The material.

Regular errant is using mainly 500D Kodra nylon Barricade DWR + Hypalon for the front

XPAC Errant Is using mainly US MADE 500 D Cordura nylon face fabric Kevlar fiber X GRID + Hypalon for the front

Due to the material used, Xpac is slightly heavier.

Just take note that the laptop compartment can house a 15" MBP
The main compartment has no issues with most 17" laptops

My fidlocks are perfectly fine. Works well.

My wallet I keep inside one of the two mesh pockets.

Whatever else people say about the Errant, it is not short of wallet sized pockets.

i have an EDC card holder which I use for lunch. I just use my wallet to keep my NRIC and currency notes. so I utilize the mesh pocket.

the side quick access pocket, I use it for my pens, earpiece, keys and medication oil.

The top quick access pocket, I use it for my dry tissues, wet wipes, cup carrier and mints.

I got their Synapse 25. Really spacious but too spacious for my use.

one of my colleagues also has the same backpack... it is indeed very spacious.

but i don't like the exterior design and the back mesh...
personally, i find the overall design very "school-boy"
and the backmesh is one massive soft mesh which doesn't really promote good air flow across my entire back, and I sweat alot and very easily too.

I actually kinda liked the synapse 25. I was basically looking at gr1 26l and synapse 25 before conceal 26l was announced. Felt that gr1 was way too expensive and you must spend on accessories as well to have some organisation (some people like that they can customise which I understand but its just alot more additional cost for an already expensive backpack). Initially didn't like the look of s25 but it grows on me the more I look at it. Was gonna order one but the only colour i liked, burnt orange, was oos :s13: Then came conceal 26l which I ordered the next day after seeing it :s13:
