BB Conceal 26L just in! Took quite a bit of photos so I uploaded it into an imgur album instead of spamming here. Note that my photography skill is absolute garbage but I tried my best! :s13::s13: Can't comment on comfort and how it packs at the moment because I have not use it but aesthetics is amazing. Love the little details put into the bag. There is a tag on the laptop sleeves that is laser engraved with my name and serial number(14). From what I understand, this is the default place they put the tag on but you can suggest other places to them for your order :) This is for anyone still on the fence about ordering it. They also roti prata flip their price back to 295USD (Before 15% first order discount).

i love the internal org but i always have the feeling that the raw cordura at the back is a sweat and heat generator..

can you kindly share your experience about the above-portion after some usage in Singapore?

Thanks for the shots, it looks great! Can share how you manage the excess straps? I use velcro for my 19L V2 and it doesn't look as neat as yours.

ehh its just velcro as well :) how was your multicam v2?

Ya my concern as well. First time using a meshless back. The problem I have with mesh backing is it becomes smelly pretty quickly, at least for me. I wash my Northface Surge quite often because of this..

Any recommendations for work/school backpack? Doesn't feel/look bulky and build to last for at least a few years..

Saw the post/review for nomatic backpack and it look gd. Any more lightweight backpack?

Get goruck echo for a 16L with laptoo compartment and definitely can last.

The materials along the sides are different.

Normal errant is lighter
Xpac is slightly heavier

I am quite big myself but i dun wan carry big bag. Bang into ppl often.

My current is 24L thule subterra.
Its okay for work but i cant fit in my shoe. Maybe my gym shoe but not my bball shoe.

So ard 24L, typical work stuffs or with cloths.
Under 1kg
Not too ugly. Hahaha

Haha!
Having different opinions is great!

For a start...My height is around 185cm

The errant could fit a US size 9/10 gym shoe but definitely not a b-ball shoe. It can fit my US size 9 geox business leather shoes (those pointy head type). But of course, I put them in a packable shoe bag with extremely soft and thin material.

I have been using my Errant for single-backpack travelling, even for my business trips.

So far it's been great! If I ever need to buy any stuffs in the airport transit, I always have a packable small handcarry (FOC from Changi airport)

In fact, as an EDC, it really set me thinking about "what are essentials?" And "what are not..."

Dayfarer is definitely an awesome alternative to Errant. Especially if you like it plain, simple and only available in black

I am 180cm, abt 17.5inch shoulders, 90kg... hahaha

Daily work
13 laptop, charger, hdmi to vga adapter
Hp charger, file, notepad, umbrella, water bottle are most of my bigger stuffs.

If i go gym or bball, i can carry a additional shoe bag.
The clothes and towel must fit into the bag, with the usual stuffs.

Close to yours?

I just joined the Boundary fb.
The QC related post are lesser but in general, post are rare n few anyway.

I prefer errant, just worry abt the quality.

Thanks!

different opinions good ma...
those good parts about the bag, you can see it everywhere...
but those negative points, you prob can only get it from real people like us who are unbiased...

i think AER is a good alternative to Errant...

alternatively, you can email Errant and see whats their returns policy.
note down each QC issue you are aware of, and tell them if the bag has these issues in particular, how receptive are they towards a return policy.

I think best if you ask on fb who willing to let u try it. One consistent negative I read/watch is the bag packs much lesser than its marketed capacity

hmm, how many capacity are you looking at?

20-22L is the standard, "EDC" capacity.
price range?

if you dowan the bag to "sag" to the bottom, i think you need those bags with lashing straps below liao...unless you are ok with minimal sagging (boh pian one la...psychics ma..)

just to give a reference point, my travel backpack is always the Triple Aught Design Litespeed. Alwaysss.

Actually...I was really scared that it will look small on me. But so far so good.

I never adjust the shoulder straps ever since I unboxed it. Been using it @ factory default since day 1

But of course, there are definitely some negatives about the Errant. Since I have been using it for almost 4 months.
1) the internal side mesh pockets... I would love it to be able to zip up if I am not using. Or it sticks closer to the internal walls of the bag.
2) the external pocket to push outwards more instead of pushing inwards
3) the width of the bag to be wider sideways so that it can accommodate pointy business leather shoes but with carabineers and OEM waist straps, I can hook a shoe bag at the bottom if required

I will recommend you a sling bag. on days whereby I just wanna bring a few small items, i will use the Northface Mantis pouch

but if you think that you will be buying something.... then you can consider a packable backpack like the Osprey Ultralight
