you are right. they are probably targeting those who thinks mil discounts does not extend to SG.

On a side note,

Think I'll probably trade or sell this away when it reaches and try other bags. I can live with the damage on mine.

wait for it to arrive bah, cause I'm not sure if they sent me a full set (with laptop sleeves and porterpen pounch) or just the main bag. I only used my own sleeve like twice only... prefer to stick a pouch on the velro instead and put laptop at the back compartment

Hi guys, looking to get some backpack suitable for work(formal) and when dress down..

Currently looking at chrome hondo and qwstion day pack.

Saw in some YouTube the qwstion looks a bit like leatherish. Wondering how well will it hold up against wear and tear

looking at just the qwstion daypack alone - the straps look very thin and may cause abrasion or snap over time. unlike of course the Hondo or anything from the Chrome range. and for the price of a qwstion, i'd rather go with the Chrome (if that's the only 2 choices). again it is down to what you plan to pack into your bag, how you use it and whether the aesthetics pleases you (and not others).

If you are a person who don't really care about "tender-loving-care" in the manner you handle your bag...
Then you might wanna look at materials which can really hold up against daily wear and tear.

Like canvas, special synthetic fabric (cordura, codra, Hypalon, ballistic nylon, polyester, Polypropylene)

But if you are leather lover and you have many leather products, then I am sure you know the maintenance and know how to look after leather products.

500D or 1000D cordura is good for daily abuse.. before the bag even break, my t-shirt and pants all up lorry liao..
