Just received the Black Ember Forge 20. Good build quality and design wise doesn’t look out of place or casual...

Backpack mode the shoulder strap feels very comfy

Comes with padded handle, very comfy also

Overall I recommend this bag if you’re everyday carry and doesn’t need expansion which is what the Forge offers but I find it too bulky

Moi hike 20 km on weekend so used to carry a shoulder bag but shoulder tiring so getting a backpack will be more better.
