Skyblood: I suggest you either go to a professional cobbler shops where they service leather goods & bags as well besides shoes!

Or if you wanna get 100% crumpler accessory (zipper) again then you should e-mail Crumpler Australia since they can do it back in Australia as they provide lifetime warranty for certain issues. You can e-mail them for more detailed information regarding it
