Hey All,

This is Don from CustomMade. My mission is to provide quality custom shoes at a truly affordable price.

At the moment, i'm having a promotion for my MTO leather formal/smart-casual shoe.

Classic Pair: $250 (U.P: $280)
Brogues/Medallion Toe: $250 (U.P: $300)

Patina/Burnished effect is available for the lighter colors (e.g. tan, dark tan, red, medium brown). There will be an additional charge of $20 for patina/burnished effect

Specification
Construction: Blake Stitched
Upper: Full Grain Cowhide leather or Suede leather
Lining: 1/2 leather lining
Sole: Full Leather
Heel: Leather heel with half rubber add-on
Last: Lucas, Classic, Vita

Sizing
My sizing is done based on best fit last.

At the moment, i offer three different last with different widths and shape.

Design Customization
Your CustomMade shoe will be constructed based on the last and size you selected.

Styles: Oxford, Derby, Monkstraps - single/double (Loafers are not available for now)
I offer a wide range of customizable design features within each style and you are free to mix and match the features i offer to design your own shoe.

This is Don from CustomMade. I'm the founder of CustomMade and my shoes have been in the market for about a year already. Starting your own shoe brand right out of your own room has definitely been a very fruitful and fun journey.

I understand your concern regarding the quality of my shoes as i'm the new shoe brand on the block. So why go with me?

I try harder. (When you're the new shoe brand, you just have to) I just can't afford poor quality shoes that doesn't fit well. Or shoes that break down within a month. Or anything less than a satisfied customer.

Obviously, the thing i try hardest is to find your perfect shoe in the most convenient process. The new one stop way to shop for shoes. Why?

Because i cannot afford to take you for granted.

My prices are flat at $250 regardless of style/design/color. So a plain black wholecut would be $250.

For a pair of plain black calf whole cuts, would you only have 1 black leather choice? I'm looking for something in between patent leather and regular calf in terms of shiny-ness.

I gotta say, I find your shoe design absolutely gorgeous! For such quality, i reckon the price is well worth it (comparing to the ECCO ones which retails for $4xx for similar design).

I"ll definitely bookmark your website and support you once I'm ready for a new pair of shoes!

Lastly! Keep it up! never easy to start business in such a niche area!

btw just a quick feedback on your website..

if you don't view it on full size, the menu bar gets collapsed under a icon (3 horizontal stripes) on the top right corner. If you click on that icon, the menu list will drop down but clicking the menu options will not go to the correct page, it's just non-clickable)

PS: viewing on iMac, using Chrome

Hey,

For my black leather, i only offer the full grain leather.

In terms of shininess, all my shoes, especially the black ones will be hand shined and polished before leaving the workshop.

However, this shine will not be permanent. It will fade away with time, however, if you're diligent with your shoe shine and polish routine, you can most definitely maintain that shine.

If you're interested, i'll be happy to show you some of my shoes so you can check it out for yourself.

Thank you for your feedback.

Will definitely look into this matter that you mentioned.

Also, i would appreciate feedback in terms of customization features or leather color of what you guys like so i can constantly introduced features/colors that you guys want.

P.S. The next feature i'm introducing is the spectator shoe and the new leather color will be burgundy.

Bad quality

The quality of the shoes are not good. I ordered 2 pairs from them. Both pairs' rubber sole at the front of the shoes spilt open. 1st pair split after 1 month plus and the 2nd pair split after 5 months plus. They both split on both shoes. I am an office worker who do not wear the shoes beyond office and home.
