Hi guys and gals, understand that this should be under the grooming section.
Please share your hair removal recommendations, doubts, and experiences here.
I am just getting started with IPL hair removal, using the espil hair removal system at home.
Managed to get a good deal for this machine. Does anybody know, if it's going to be more effective, if you let the hair grow back to ard 1 mm in length before proceeding for IPL.
