I find metal or any genre under metal especially quite worth listening to.
Well its like you said, to each their own. lol
I listen to all genres of music, I'm not biased but I like metal the most.

Well seeing how other people already listed their favorite bands. I think I should too.
Although not all are favorites but oh well, lol

not bad laa...onli those highlighted..me listens to as well.

sometimes if i listen to too much heavy/technical/prog, my head will want to spin :S

folk is quite new to me as well cause i was in the shop trying out new albums and the dude let me audition the folk metal album.
Apparently they're switz folk metal. The dude told me it was viking :S lol

anw tbh..tho me genre pref. more towards metal...me still listen to classic rock/pop/rock & stuff..

death metal me may not be tat keen...espc where growlings wich are barely audible to me.
mayb a few tat me really likes..such as arch enemy/norther/caliban/bleeding thru'/i killed de prom queen..etc etc..

other than those mentioned...such as de metallica(older stuff)..megadeth..etc.

To me, apart from just normal heavy metal, the rest vary very far from it. Lots of growls, screaming and stuff like that. Like you said, barely audible haha but its good music that counts =x

i have a whole lots more to list here as well but then again it'll just be a waste of bandwidth =x lol

i'm actually waiting for enlistment lol. I have some sleeping problems thats why I'm still awake at this hour.

caliban pretty acceptable to me...u may backtrack 1or2 pages back..cos me had posted de vids.

more pref to bands wif melodic riffs acty...sm growls & then where they'd sing at normal range...smthg like KSE's "alive or still breathing" album.
tat was jesse on de vox then...but ever since they'd changed to a new frontman...de vibes juz dun feel de same to me.
