Here's the unstoppable Misery Index who just released their new album Heirs To Thievery
they just played here couple wks ago.
For me, one of the better metal releases this yr.
They nvr fails to be brutal and at the same time catchy and full of gd riffs.

Attempting to review this album seemed quite a monumental task, how does one do justice to an album so eclectic and diverse? It’s a little like scratching that itch on the back of your brain but you can’t because that would require drilling a hole in your skull. Nonetheless, this editor shall attempt to cast a few stones and watch the pond ripple.

It was this week revealed that Joey Belladonna will be returning to Anthrax for the Big Four Sonisphere dates in Europe, the band’s UK tour and crucially will be recording the band’s forthcoming new album with the thrash metal legends.

Black Sabbath Star Ronnie James Dio Dies
Ronnie James Dio, the man who took over from Ozzy Osbourne as lead singer in Black Sabbath, has died five months after being diagnosed with stomach cancer.
Dio was known for his soaring vocals and a trademark dark stage persona.
His "devil horn" hand gesture was well known among heavy metal fans.
"Today my heart is broken, Ronnie passed away at 7.45am 16th May," the 67-year-old's widow Wendy wrote on his website.
"Many, many friends and family were able to say their private goodbyes before he peacefully passed away. Ronnie knew how much he was loved by all ... Please know he loved you all and his music will live on forever."

In just 4 tracks clocking at under 10 minutes, Truth Be Known unleashes all their rage and anger upon the listener, making this perhaps the wildest 10 minutes of your life. If you have already heard their debut full length album (Just Another Lamb, 2008) you know what you are in for, except that Truth Be Known now introduces a lot more urgency in their music, an urgency to make sure that the listener is as angry as the band is at the end of the 10 minutes.
