I have drop calls at times. Phone went into reboot one quarter of the time after pickup or call cannot be reach(got a missed notification). Anyone have the same problem? On official rom. Or is it just my set or singtel fault(other phone set had no problem)

Recently i notice the pictures taken by the tablet is a little out of alignment. Images are slightly tilted a very small angle although i am holding the tablet in a upright position. Anyway to "calibrate" the camera?

Hi all, I'm facing a few issues with the mediapad.

Firstly it shuts down during heavy usage. Example I was using the GPS navigation at full brightness. After about 10 min it shut down. Battery level was at ard 80+-%. Has happened a few times, often when screen is at full brightness.
The battery doesn't charge straight to 100%. Seems to pause at a 30+ for awhile, then at 60+ for awhile. Full charges take ard 4+ hrs.
There seems to be static noise when using earphones.
Using official ics forum huawei. Think its the 301u version.
Dun think I read these issues in the thread.

wonder if yr auto shutdown is battery-related. from reading through the posts in this thread, it seems like the main issue with this media pad is the battery - either not being able to hold a charge, not charging properly or not properly calibrated. a pity because it seems like it could be a pretty decent tablet with 3G, HDMI, OTG support and IPS screen

For me, I tried to disassemble it, just curious to see the inside. Yet dunno how to repair it. :s13:

Faced the same touchscreen problem too. Root and installed AOKP ROM solved it! Hardware failure is always the last thing on my mind coz that's something most troublesome (or expensive) to resolve ... :D

Can claim warranty? I dun have any issues with my Huawei but its use is super light. Before the software update, the screen was unresponsive. Now no issues.

The only bad thing I noticed is sort of static sound when I pluck in earphones.

mine is about 1.5 yrs old, touchscreen still strong, just abit haywire when charging.
the only problem is i feel it's getting slower.
i suspect one of the core had died as when i check with system tuner, 1 core keep going 1.2ghz, and the other core no reaction.
