Any good location near town and still below 1500 worth taking a look at? Look for 800-900 sqft. I don’t need a lot of space to… you know…
Below 1500 is referring to psf? Quite difficult to suggest without knowing what's your priorities. Definitely no perfect development at that type of pricing, so will need to be willing to forgo some things...

If you don’t mind no direct lift access, Pandan valley and allsworth got units at 1.88. Was considering but didn’t go for it cos I’m looking for a 3 bedder.

can also consider Sunny Spring just across the road.

slightly fewer units and a few years older, but also FH and fits your budget and preferences.

I had visited both condo as they are just opposite each other. I see that SS is less well maintained as compared. SS maintaince fee is 2/3 of waterina thou. There are more rental units in SS. Waterina gives a more homey and clean vibe to me

Hmmm, from what I have heard and seen, both condos are highly tenanted. Some of the tenants are the sort who work nearby and aren't exactly people you would want your kids to see.

That said, if you can live with it as my wife and I have, this neigbourhood isn't as bad as it seems.
