Problem with them is that they are always stuck at the low level bottom feeder type of IT services, and their government is so uncoordinated that they don't have a good national policy to make better use of the top IT talents (actual talents) to bring their IT services to a higher level. So while China is building next generation tech, India has been stuck with largely doing IT support.
