Problem with them is that they are always stuck at the low level bottom feeder type of IT services, and their government is so uncoordinated that they don't have a good national policy to make better use of the top IT talents (actual talents) to bring their IT services to a higher level. So while China is building next generation tech, India has been stuck with largely doing IT support.
The problem is the people at the top only want slave labours to keep themselves rich. They don’t want thinkers and innovators, and most of escape to US, UK then the left overs come to Singapore.

They can still realise their dream in sg.
No worries, While the world shut them, sg will open door big for them😁

Lock thread. The dream is still alive. Besides IT, X got tons of lawyers, Dr and other professionals talents.
those job are control by upper caste

only programmer job have no caste limitations that why so many ppl do

because of globalization
forefront of globalization, like france, uk, usa all have this issue

where all the cheap labour is, this is also increase competitness for a country

Maybe backsite itchy go sign contract with them. Now lung lung must follow thru the terms.
