You can buy from OGL, but i think the pouch that you want is designed by one of the artisans, Fabian, that helps out quite often at 310.

yea, i know i can get it from ogl, but i would prefer to see it physically. like see if it will look big when i hang it etc etc.

Ohh, so ogl and 310 are like associated de uhhs?:s11:

the guy at 310 is the mentor of OGL craftsman James and Scasi(if i remember correctly), the best bet for you is to go down to 310 to see see look look and you can always chat with the guy about customizing something you want with the leathers he have in his shop.

Hmmm, i think i would let Lipsu/scasi answer that. I've seen that pouch from Fabian once, it's bigger than the ammo pouch. Just go down 310, show them what you want and i'm very sure they will gladly help you out.

The one you pasted is different from the ammo pouch mainly in terms of the amount of things it can hold and the design. More importantly is what you are intending to put inside the pouch.

This is the hip pouch you link, veggie. Here are some fit pics of it.
And yes, Fabian is expert on pouches.

And here is one more, custom made previously. Not listed on website because those leathers are some what limited.

There is no definite difference between hip pouch and ammo pouch.
We just name it this way because,
Hip pouch
1. Hang on belt or belt loop, thus dangling at hips area, lower than waist.
2. Function like a conventional waist pouch, can hold more items.
Ammo pouch
1. Hang on the belt, higher on the waist.
2. Function like army ammo pouch which hold ammo magazine, we use it to hold smaller items.

Below is 310 famous ammo pouch

thanks for showing lipsu.

I got one of the artisans, Soh, to help me make that pouch. with a little amends to suit me of cuz. i got it made smaller becuz i dun need such a huge pouch, from 7" x 5" x 2.5" to 5" x 4" x 1.5".
7" is really crazy hell long for a pouch imo.
also, a stiffer leather is used becuz im not using string to close it and to prevent it from going out of shape. the body is somewhat between the original pouch and the 310 ammo pouch.

got a belt from him too.

shall collect them both abt 2 weeks from now.

I want to stitch a shoe whose sole has separated from the upper. I will first stick the sole and then sew it.

No, this item only online.

The size is the width of the back pockets, 4inch, length is 6inch. It will show a peek on the tip of the wallet, add a rein hook will be perfect.

This product is inspired for the office work force, who have to be in office attire yet denim use over the weekend.

for black leather, upon aging, it will give you a grow

scasi, would u have this piece on display in hereen?
http://www.obbigoodlabel.com/store/categories/ogl-jane-black-mid-wallet-v2/

Would be keen to try out the size and thickness. Am concerned if its too thick or not...

Just curious.
How would a black leather piece like this age in years?
If prefer it to age gracefully, would veg tan be a better option?

hmm...

coz seeing the description of the wallet, i tot it be suitable for my use too, office attire on wkdays, attach a rein on the wkends in denim.

Coz i am wearing a slim design jeans, so i am slightly concerned abt the thickness and width. I had a yoshia porter wallet which i purchase, but eventually didnt get to use coz its too thick to squeeze into my denim... :S

U would recommend it to be black over veg tan? reason why i was thinking veg tan coz i tot it will age swee swee :p
