black with brass is the new gold, your stitching i run with brown thread, so the brass setup will look real good.

I normally pair silver with natural veg tan, brass with black.

Its a replicate of the Kohana 10oz Veg Tan Bracelet, but scasi suggest i go for blackt to make it more suitable for my office wear

one is going to my gf, one is mine.

i think we have discuss on the length 6inch and 5inch different

I believe this must have been asked several times before, but probably i missed it.

about maintaining your leather goods like belt.
Do you:

1) never mink at all
2) wear several months le, then mink oil it
3) mink oil le, then wear

Also, if you do mink oil, does suntan and no suntan how much difference is it???

For my Tanner Belt, i mink it 1 time and start wearing it, no suntan.

I like the color of the belt after minking, not too white, just a very light shade of brown.

Anyway, belt are suppose for wearing, no need to baby it too much

Ok, 15oz is a gd and bad thing. gd of coz the feel is THERE. Bad is actually also for the same reason, VERY THICK sia

If u notice, he actually "shaved" off some amt of thickness at the initial part near the buckle. Was told that if its the original thickness, the belt will protrude out.
Its abt 5mm thick.

I think i will wear it without mink oil and see how 1st.

Just a suggestion, for this style of buckle, the keeper is actually unnecessary. You can either remove it or use it free-floating at the strap end.

Maintaining leather goods (Natural Veg Tan, in Singapore)
Recommend to oil it before use. Mink oil, neatsfoot, Obeneuf LP up to you, just dont use Kiwi
Make sure check ingredient content, try not to use silicone-based.
Duration, 9monthly to 1 year ok, or if u see it is dry, oil it.

cos i wish to replace my AX Hinge white belt with black belt.. but becos it doesnt allow me to "clip", therefore need to hav a black belt with button kind to go round the buckler
