Question. I am newbie. Can LEGO appreciate in value? Got like collectors sets like the old Star Wars ones? ..... or is production too mass?

LEGO no longer appreciate like what it use to be. Star Wars there are many collectors sets and they are widely available. If you are thinking of buying sets and keep and sell later, forget it its ain’t going to happen, everyone are waiting for sales to buy only not many people chasing sets backward as LEGO reissue many old sets

+1. There’s a paradigm shift in Lego collecting in the last several years. I felt it. For collectors it’s not like what it used to be. We used to rush to buy for collection. Now ppl rush to buy and sell. Too many ppl are getting on board thinking Lego has great resale.

Others also got sale but not sure how much.

Bought this is in HK at HKD$1330 which is about SGD$234, while LCS selling as S$359.90 even with 30% also is S$251.93. Lego is over priced in SG.
