I am looking to make customized lego (of a person/in the image of them) for a gift. Is there any such services in Singapore?

Is there anyway i can find out the list of Lego certified shops in KL?

I know there's:

1. IOI City Mall, Putrajaya, Malaysia

2. Level 2 in Bangsar Village II

3. Empire Mall subang

4. The Curve

Are these the only 4? Any membership that gives 10% off like in Singapore? Most importantly, when are their restock days.

Heading to KL in 2 weeks time, gonna try and hit all the LCS

Sian, the Wall-E replacement parts they only now then send out, have to wait 21 working days (basically 5 weeks) to arrive.

And doesn't look like the parts will fix the spinning issue, as they're more to resolve the head falling down problem.

I'm extremely peeved by the fact that Lego is not fixing the design instead.

Not happy with Amazon UK right now.

I ordered a Lego set back in early Aug and the parcel basically stuck somewhere in Europe for weeks without moving at all (carrier is i-parcel), after a few rounds of emails with the CSO they finally acknowledge they don't know where the parcel is and offered to send a replacement.

The replacement parcel (via UPS) was supposed to be delivered yesterday but I check the status and saw many import/export/warehouse scan activities all happening in one single place, Koeln, Germany for the past 1 week, i.e. it never moved out of that place at all.

Don't really know what they're doing, I know messing up a shipment is quite rare, but how can they mess up shipment for the same order twice in a roll, and with different carriers somemore? :( :( :(

Since the set supposedly EOL I wonder where they get the stock from.

Some dark corners of their warehouse where they found another few pallets lol.

Actually Rockerfeller centre is also EOL since 2013 but still on the shelves in LLM the last I saw on Wed lol

Currently only 4 in KL, 1 in Penang. Another 1 opening in Dec/Jan .
No discounts at LCS Malaysia but the possibility of free polybags for applicable purchases is high.

Their Facebook page
LCS Malaysia

Opening hours
About LCS Malaysia

If you're going in exactly two weeks time, you are in luck.
Thanksgiving set will be sold on the 1st of October.
The Halloween set was sold out within 2 hours at the main branch(The Curve) and they had to limit it to max 5 sets per person at other branches (also sold out within 5 hours)
They mistakenly sold the Thanksgiving set too when they released the Halloween set but realized the mistake after 1.5 hours which is the reason why it is known that 1st Oct is TLG endorsed official sell date...
RM39.90

Willing to pay S$20 each if you can manage to grab some ;)
Still no indication that LCS will bring the seasonal sets in...

Same thing happened with me. Original order of 2 parcels took damn long then enquired with them and they say the parcels are being sent back to them as it has been damaged during transit. 2nd round same thing, took damn long then it seems like 1 parcel lost the other making its way slowly. Talk to Amazon CSO for 3 times in total. Always tell me its otw otw otw. End up bang table they refunded me for the total order and I received one of the parcels. But it seems abit odd. Like Amazon themselves are aware of this so called problem but not telling the full story. Shortly after the refund, UPS tracking showed the missing parcel being returned to sender. Its either Amazon not fufiling their orders on purpose or someone in UPS knows the value of LEGO & are losing them on purpose.

The delivered address is NEU WULMSTORF, Germany, and signed by a person called KISS.
