Ranting...
Not happy with Amazon UK right now.
I ordered a Lego set back in early Aug and the parcel basically stuck somewhere in Europe for weeks without moving at all (carrier is i-parcel), after a few rounds of emails with the CSO they finally acknowledge they don't know where the parcel is and offered to send a replacement.
The replacement parcel (via UPS) was supposed to be delivered yesterday but I check the status and saw many import/export/warehouse scan activities all happening in one single place, Koeln, Germany for the past 1 week, i.e. it never moved out of that place at all.
Don't really know what they're doing, I know messing up a shipment is quite rare, but how can they mess up shipment for the same order twice in a roll, and with different carriers somemore?
