actually my playstore records is a bit strange after i placed 1 more order on 9-Dec for 1 more unit of Nexus 4.
it shows duplicate entries for my order on 9-Dec.
the 28th-Nov order which updated on 6-Dec was originally showing $349.00 x 2, but after i placed another order on 9-Dec, it show $349.00.

My N4 was delivered to CGW today and I got the notification from CGW at 9.25am! Paid, used LIKECGW12 for free upgrade to Express, plus 10% off for paypal... estimated delivery, 19 Dec!

Don't bother about the Google Play status.... it's screwy. My order from 27 Nov that I cancelled is still there and is now showing pre-ordered. My order on 8 Dec that I have already received at CGW has 2 lines, one pre-ordered and one shipped. Look at Google Wallet, it's more accurate. My cancelled order is shown as cancelled and my other order has the UPS tracking number there.

That is a conservative estimate I feel, they probably want to manage expectations. Based on experience I've had with CGW express shipments, I believe it will reach earlier probably Sunday for Monday delivery.

Oops, typo, I meant LIKEHSG12 gives you free express upgrade plus 10% for using paypal (paypl thing is for hopshop go). LIKECGW12 is for free express upgrade for CGW, but I don't think there is any paypal discount.
