My 2nd set Nexus 4 ordered on 10 Dec is now shipped and on the way to Portland.

Hence, I think Google ordering system is back to normal. As long as those order in Dec onwards should be fine.

Anyway, this 2nd set I just ordered for fun. Can sell if u r interested. Hehe...

I'm thinking of getting it for my dad and am not sure about the weight of 1 unit.

Anyone gotten the unit and have start using with the Singapore local telcos?

if u use cgw they will charge u 0.5kg parcel for 1 unit

2 nexus 4 is almost 1 kg. so it's less than 0.5kg

Any Nexus 4 owners experiencing Battery drainage even when the Nexus 4 is OFF!!!

I just charged my Nexus 4 to full before turning it off last night and returned home today to turn it on and to my shock I found the battery at 69%. How is that even possible. The battery shows that it's been "on" for the duration when I last charged but that is not possible since I clearly turned it off before leaving for work.

A quick google search led me to some owners claiming that the latest update may have caused this?

This should not be the case. Even when the device is turned on and on standby, should be around 1% per hour drainage.

Just received my Diztronic case, no issues with cutouts, seems to offer fairly good protection too.

Wished that Google/LG kept the position of the power button as the Galaxy Nexus, it's a bit too high imho

Precisely perhaps I may have forgotten to turn it off but I will charge my Nexus 4 to full again tonight and shall leave it off for tmr night to see if there's any significant drop in the battery life.

Previously I was able to let the phone idle for a full day with only 1-2% drop in battery. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.

To all the bros still holding on to their 27/28 orders, i would suggest you guys to reorder. I ordered 2 sets on 28th with waiting time of 2-3wks, but the charge of the debit card didnt go through on 7th dec as limit of 1k reached, due to amt held. I updated payment info as per their email and got stuck in limbo ever since. Reorder 2 sets ytd 11am and woke up to a shipping email. 2 sets otw to hsg address already. Cancelled my 28th order.

the trick is to cancel your past order which has not received any shipping info for at least 3 days, and order a new batch.

For some reason i was able to reorder 2 sets even without cancelling my previous order. My initial plan was to cancel the other order once one of the 2 orders shipped. Apparently, the chances of having 27/28 orders stuck in limbo is quite high.

To all bros out there,

Dun worry, based on my experience, if u just ordered and your order is sent to Google, it normally takes 1 to 2 days to become status "order received". After that, it takes another 1 to 2 days for item to be shipped and credit card being charged.

So those who order on 12 dec, pls be patient. I believe your order should be received by tomorrow.
