Another plus point about the nexus 4 is that the price point is very attractive for the whole package and android phones as a whole.

Sharp screen, responsive UI, excellent build quality and direct/faster OS updates... all these made IMHO, better than the more expensive Samsung offerings. Of cos it' not better in all departments but good enough. I've owned iP5 S3 and Note 2 (all at once) but only nexus 4 managed to take me away from the excellent iP5 and it's still darn good apps and app store.

If I have to pick the most teething thing against iP5, is it's camera and quality of photos taken. Photos taken in N4 tends to be under exposed a bit and the new camera UI is certainly flashy (UI machiam Star Trek) but a lil getting used to. But, it helped that Google bought snapseed and released it free thus editing photos on N4 becomes less painful. :)

True, the only concern I have is that it is made by LG and also the warranty. Is it covered locally by LG?

You, my friend, have to stop ignoring the resources that you have on hand. :D

If you have bothered to Google it, you would have known after a brief search that the Nexus 4 isn't on sale in Singapore's play store.

Henceforth, to acquire said phone by your own means and assuming that you have no friends/relatives who will be in the States in the near future, you would need 4/5 things. Namely (1) A VPN service for accessing the USA play store, (2) a CGW or any other forwarding services account, (3) a Google account, (4) a USA address and optionally (5) lots of luck.

You might have noticed I mentioned "in the near future". That's because, if you have again, bothered to Google it, you would have also discovered that the above-mentioned phone in either 8GB or 16GB, is out of stock.

Now, since I'm the only person who bothered to reply to your abysmal question. Please be polite and thank me. :s13:

Thanks for the feedback, I just got a SP from Sim Lim 4th floor, yeah it leaves the sides exposed, quite ugly, hoping to fix that problem soon enough. Guess I'll wait for the wet ones to come in, I don't mind paying the price so long as its able to cover the screen and the shop assistant is able to help with the application. haha :D

got pics on wat is "leave the sides exposed"?

can work with normal ezlink cards (took a long time reading), cannot work with citibank smrt credit card..

Thanks for replying

when you say "took a long time reading", roughly how long did it take? Mine just keep on beeping non-stop when I put ezlink on the back on my phone. Same applies to my nets flashpay card

Is your phone rooted? Mine is, wonder if that affects anything.

Hope this helps! As you can see, the corners aren't protected. Some may say it's fine since it's the front that's normally exposed to damage, but aesthetically, I'd prefer a nice flushed look.
