Sure, if u can get over the current hurdles to get it. Now requires US based credit card iirc.

But in terms of streaming on a 3G connection it's spotty. KKBox and Spotify are much better imho, at least locally.

search the web on how to get google music outside the officially supported countries ... it works here ... no problemo

Do you need those things you can do after rooting?

Just a quick FYI, be careful of apps that require root access, make sure you trust the devs before pressing the allow root access button. If it's an evil dev, your phone can potentially be bricked.

If you need apps like titanium backup that required root access, root it. Custom roms can be decided later. Mine rooted for some apps and still on stock rom and still loving it. While I like custom roms but I lazy to flash and flash again.
