Hi guys, this is the scratch that can be seen on my nexus 4 at bottom, below the actual screen display itself.
im guessing my key accidently made it,
what are my options?

A screen protector should do the job. And I don't think they will RMA the scratch since it's the user's fault. Maybe if your phone have other problems you can RMA? They will give you a refurbished/new set.

BTW what phone did you take the picture with? I like the light flare haha

Just another quick question. I've been wondering if it's just my phone or it's normal. Whenever I answer a call, the caller's voice sounds extremely sharp as if I had the volume maxed. Is this normal or is this something that I should RMA it for? I've been using this phone for 6 months now and this has been from the start.

Hmm, you should try to format your phone. and give it a try again. If the problems persist, you can RMA this phone as it is a hardware defect.

Yes you can RMA the phone by complaining other issues. The scratch are part and parcel of wear and tear over time.

A newly manufactured phone will be issued for every RMA with LG Electronics USA - quoting Google Nexus support. That means you will get the new batch of Nexus 4. You will be charged the full price of the phone if you fail to return back the RMA phone.

Given that you are paying the full price of a Nexus 4 if you fail to return your nexus 4, it's nonsensical to get back a refurbished phone.

Last time root android phone need to flash firmware, when unroot flash back local firmware. Saw some nexus 4 root like no need to flash firmware is it true arh? Sorry for asking noob question. (FYI , i rooted S2 before.)

I haven't rooted my Nexus 4 but Galaxy S4. But for Android phones they are pretty standard. You still need to write root to the existing stock firmware. When you want to unroot it, you need to flash a new firmware over to remove root.

I recently got a N4 from a fellow forummer, and though my usage, when fiddlling w the mircosim slot, i sort of damage the slot pin. I tried many times, but my N4 failed to detect my msim. Anybody got solution? Also, I got encounter of unresponsive pwer button (through o bumper, and pressing 2-3 times), will tried to give a call to google team see what they said.
