i bought the nexus 4 from a another seller who has since disappeard

this may be a problem. when they find that the original user that bought this phone, and the billing/shipping address bay tally with the new owner, they may end up sending to the wrong freight forwarder address.

so you may have to explained to the CSO accordingly, telling that you purchased from another owner who doesn't want this N4 anymore. so u need to tell them to update this N4 device accordingly to your address.

It is still able to connect to HSPA+, just that the icon remains as HSPA. The update removed the icon for HSPA+.

i'm using my amex rewards card n tag to borderlessbuys that came free with amex members.

alternatively, if u hag citibank card, u can use it to tag to ur borderlinx account

Should be sufficient.

Believed debit card with more constraints due to monies are being debited immediately. I think one of your post with the google staff email also mentioned some problems with debit card?

just in case u need help...

fastboot flash system *location of the system.img file*
fastboot flash boot *location of the boot.img file*
fastboot format cache

do it in this sequence, will keep all your apps and settings intact while upgrade...do not fastboot flash userdata as it will factory reset your device.
