Support for OS is diff. When Google out a new OS, Nexus will be the first to get it.
Bear the cost of shipping?? I dun mind that to be honest![]()
i notice when i tried to download a application from google playstore.
it alway prompt me error 413
what that.
Okay, thanks guys. Thought somebody might have something more firm from LG. Seems like they don't know themselves! Perhaps when more people here have the Nexus4 somebody can go try their luck at the LG...discussed about ALOT of times already.
LG products have NEVER had international warranty.
LG Singapore's facebook reps CLAIM that there will be warranty and servicing for sets bought from Play Store.
LG Singapore replied me in a email saying they no nothing about Nexus 4 -.-
Called LG Singapore Service Hotline and spoke to sales rep, he gave me a definitive NO that warranty will definitely will not be covered by LG Singapore.
As in, LG Singapore CAN service your phone, but you will have to bear costs.
Either the hotline guy not updated, or the facebook rep bull****ting.
Either way, gotta wait till someone actually goes down to LG's service centre and finds out.
I think calling or facebooking is quite unreliable.

What do you think CASE would think about LG posting that they do give warranty (they said that as well as servicing) on their FB page? Surely this is misleading the customer...
serious la.
i can download via wifi, but cannot throu 3g
then i can surf net flawlessly...
why, anyone.
Actually on the contrary, lg singapore facebook said that they will honor the warrenty. But that being said, the fb personnel could be misinformed or something...i didn't refer back to that posting by whoever but as far as i could remember LG Singapore has never claim the warranty to be valid here. they merely said. they could service it.
as for the person who asked. think he might be referring to someone who offered or has written to LG regarding this.
speaking of which, if anyone who worries about warranty shouldn't have considered this phone to start with. it is the risk they should be prepared to bear (or do what i do - don't think about failures).
Wa got antenna issues ah that sucks... Totally walking the footsteps of iphone 4...
