just make sure that your billing and shipping address are both US addresses. The AVS that is done for your billing address will only end up as a flag in the system.. usually, they will not cancel the order due to AVS failure.

i just purchased one.

easiest way is to sign up for a new google/gmail account and put everything as USA address (i.e. I used Borderlinx).

for credit card, I used EntroPay.

have to use VPN to access the Play Store (USA) of course.

my order just went through easily without errors.
