Apart from the peeling(if poetic fixes it), poetic bumper case is great. Buttons are very responsive and tactile. Ample amount of lip at the back and front, very slim and cut outs are perfect.

Also got reports that it disables auto rotation for those who flashed it. Why would a modem screw with rotation, no one knows. :D

Yup, tested it and light + orientation sensors aren't working even on 4.2.2 CFX rom

sorry i'm new to this root thingy. so how do ppl who root their phone do their update?

my rooting process is just pressing a few buttons and presto! the phone is rooted. lol

I did not bother with the original. I dont like how I can see the chrome bezel of the N4 when using the original bumper. See photos and videos in youtube. Poetic bumper covers the chrome bezel uniformly. I have some cases coming. Ringke fusion and diztronic matt black. Probably selling the diztronic one coz too many cases already.

Just got my 8GB Nexus 4 off of onephone. Delivery to doorstep and the guy was kind enough to let me check if everything's alright with the phone - inserting SIM card and testing to see if signal is okay, checking call quality, etc.

But now I'm having a slight problem. I just got my SIM card changed to micro SIM this afternoon because I was using a normal SIM previously. The phone now shows "Emergency Call" on the lockscreen under Singtel. However, I can still connect to the internet using 3G and can still make calls, send and receive text messages etc.

Anyone encountered this problem? I've already powered down the phone and re-inserting the SIM card to make sure there aren't any problems, but the "Emergency Call" notice still persists.

Qoo10-Singapore - MP3 / Mobile / eBook -

Buy cheap SP from gmarket and practise lo, $1.50 each only.

Tips:
Apply it in the bathroom after you bath finish, the steam will allow for a dust free environment.
Use a credit card wrapped in linen free cloth to slide over the SP.
Use scotch tape to "lift" the SP if there's bubbles.

Have tried 5 times from previous phones. Now can do quite a good job but takes time. Remember that there is no perfect install and be patient.

U check with ST see ur new sim card activated or not. I remembered last time need to call a number to activate or something. Should have an instruction booklet to teach u how to activate
