Look up on ADB and fastboot, once you get the hang of it, it's super simple.....................................

Still will get notification, but sometimes will have delay. Its a known issue for n4.

maybe due to i on corporate data plan 1 mbps 30 gigs ($7), that's why i couldn't reach H+

Speedtest result shown dl 0.94mbps ul 0.32 mbps.
