For those who have delayed notifications, i assumed that you are using WIFI connection? Reason being there is a bug at Google/Qualcomm side that causes this problem.

If you do not want your notifications to be delayed, please use your data plan instead

that or custom kernel which has already patched in the fixes to it from qualcomm if you're on root

Yes, i have been trying out some various kernels, but it seems like somehow the problem still exist. Some feedback in xda that it improve, while some continue to experience it. Very difficult to check what went wrong as there are so many possibilities.

what kernel have you tried? I'm on franco the problem doesn't exist anymore

Previously was on Franco r90++, then to Trinity for a short while, then to Faux enhanced stock kernel, now to faux 011 release to try the recommended settings in his xda thread using his ahem kernel app to test batt life.

Can't remember on which kernel i have the delayed notifications.

i using default camera, even thou its in focus, its still quite blur leh (tt screen preview before you snap a pic, when u touch to focus)
i dont expect DSLR-type clearness, but its rly blur

u guys got such problem? dunno why my set so many probs -.-

U put the phone too near the subject issit? All lenses got a minimum focal length. Try placing further away.

i've been shooting landscapes so far...didnt venture into macro yet with this phone

its in focus but the screen doesnt reflect so~

qualcomm only released the patch recently it was patched to franco 2-3 revision earlier iirc.

I think is because of the phone's software, i realise it always tries to use very low ISO(50~100?) even if there is very little light available, causing the camera to use a very low shutter speed.......................................

Think mine ok. But then again, I have not been using the camera that much. Mostly been taking portraits only, and play play a bit with the photo sphere only. So far my shots quite clear

my N4 wont get any notification for my whatapp when i lock my screen. you guy got this problem?

Ever since the latest update from whatsapp, 1/10 time I only can get notification led and status icon shown, while the rest of the 9 times are not working. Be it in wifi or 3G is the same. I suppose it's their software issue, not having any problem in the older version.

just googled that ROMs have minimal effect on battery, most of the time its the kernels that does the magic.
