Ordered and confirmed on 31. Was over the weekend, so maybe got delay?

Then give it until tomorrow morning SG time. Yesterday was their 1st working day after the long weekend (2nd september was holiday for them). Maybe have lot's of backlog over the weekend.

I use my house phone and call.. lazy to use VoIP haha. But u can try google voice and see if that works.

Singpost. Total cost was $23.55. Now just need to cross my fingers that the package doesn't get lost.

I sent my defective phone on 19 August 2013 via Singpost using the Small Package (Air) service. Until now, I have yet to receive any status update on Sh1tpost and USPS websites. Multiple calls to Sh1tpost provided little assistance. They advised me to contact my recipient (if that is the way Sh1tpost thinks is the way to go, for **** do I need to have it tracked) or USPS. Sh1tpost cannot even confirm the physical location of my package, all they say is that package is still in transit.

Contacted USPS and this is my response from them:

Thank you for contacting us regarding tracking and delivery information for label number. I understand your concerns regarding the location of this item and I will be happy to check for additional information.

According to my records, I still show the following information:
The originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.

I apologize that there is no additional information on this item and that your item has not been received as anticipated. Based on this scan, the item has not arrived into the United States yet. Please note that until the item arrives into the United States it is in the possession of the Universal Postal Union, which governs the exchange of international mail.

At this time I would recommend that you start an inquiry with the originating Post Office in your country.

The long delivery time, useless tracking system, pathetic customer service simply does not justify the relatively cheap postage fee, not withstanding that it cannot be fully insured.

If you think you can ask Google for extension of return window, think again.

Response from Google when I requested to extend window:

Now, I have got a package that is unaccounted for for the time being and a good chance I will be billed on my credit card. Sh1tpost pushing the responsibility to USPS when they cannot even confirm if they have handed the package over to USPS. As a paid consumer, I engaged Sh1tpost, they should be the party responsible for addressing my concerns/problems. FedEx is about S$40+ (fully insured) if you can piggy back on a corporate account and takes approximately 4-5 working days. In my own opinion, Singpost definitely is not the way to go if you want to RMA your phone. Don't be fooled by the low cost. Period.

sorry not even "examine" i went down, tell me "examine" already $30 plus service blah blah blah close $50, i asked worse case scenario $350 repairs w/o gst crap phone spoilt within 1 month, and its the red LED of death issue, battery being drained to the max

I bought mine, charged and allowing it to drain completely. Charge it again a couple of days, tried to take a photo and then there appears the infamous red light of death. Lifespan: 1 week. Phone sent for RMA.

Once the device or goods reach HopShoGo, HopShoGo will drop u an email.

Login the HopShoGo portal and follow the steps to ship the device back to singapore..

Now is all about waiting for HopShoGo email.
