This is a long shot, but here goes: Does anybody have a Nexus 4 16GB arrived in Singapore, but not in a rush to use it?

Situation: I'm going overseas soon and I planned to bring the Nexus 4 over. However, due to slow shipping speeds, the phone will only arrive during/after my trip.

So, anybody want to "trade"? Essentially, allow me to have your set first, and I'll ship my set to you when it reaches Comgateway.

PM me if you are interested in this weird arrangement. :D

If you are on such a hurry. You can get it from open surface, it's selling at $309 now.. if you want it to delivered.. $10 extra...

Does that mean he'll have 2 sets?

When is your holiday? I am not sure when is mine arriving but if it's before your holiday, I don't mind. 16GB though.

Mine is at Portland after destination scan.

Just received my N4, DHL courier gave a call to confirm address and ensure someone was at home before deliver.

I forgot I got no micro sim, anybody knows which shops will do a job of cutting a normal sim into a micro sim for a fee? Don wanna pay the extra for a new sim from telco.

if you are buying something from a mobile shop, ask them politely to cut for you FOC, i am sure they will do it as its really few seconds job for them. Not worth to pay $5 just to cut it to size as i experienced before when too kanchiong to try out the phone i just bought.

Guys i need help, My data for the month exceeded 500mb. I'm still on the 12GB plan.
My usual phone usage consist of hwz browsing, other similar forums browsing, social medias, and under 10 short youtube videos (never exceeding 5mins).
My phone only shows my usage for the month to be 2.6GB, and part of it is a 2.2GB google services eating up my data.
How is it possible i have exceeded 12GB?
Anyone can help or if you need any info i can provide. tia.

PS: Google services have already taken up 627MB alone just for 1 day (yesterday)...

Is your cycle for data usage tracking on the phone same as the telco one? e.g. phone is tracking 1st-31st while telco is charging based on 15th-14th. You need to change the start date of cycle on phone to match your telco charging cycle.

I would if I knew it would take this long to ship. I forgot about their Labour Day holiday and it threw off the timing.

Holy crap, that would be awesome! Mine is 16GB too, exact same.

I'm flying off this Friday afternoon, so Thursday would be the last day for me. Yours departed Comgateway already? (I'm assuming, since you mentioned Portland.)

Just received the n4. Is there any particular kernel/rom that improves battery life? Maybe Franco kernel?
