Android 4.3 is available for Nexus 4. No lag for me so far.

I assume you will be buying from "theopensurface". $309 in my opinion is a very good deal. Cost of the phone plus shipping after conversion is already close to $300 and need to wait for a week plus. Furthermore they let you test the phone on the spot and will change another set if there is any problem as per describe in their thread.

Goode deal definitely if 8gb (usable 5.67gb) is enough for you.

Can upload pictures and don store insane amount of music/movies, sure can.

I got a 16gb, usable 12gb+
Apps+data (games etc) restore and A nandroid backup for me required 3.9gb

a day definitely no problem.
Regardless of extensive usage or not for the day, I always charged from 40% or less daily and enough to last me to the next charge, having said that, the 1 full day including sleep mode from 11pm to 7am when I am sleeping.

30dollars extra for their service. you see if it's worth it or not. The 8gb total cost with shipping should be around SGD280 max, should be few dollars lesser than that.

Bad thing is no LTE.

rumours said it's fully cleared, preparing for nexus 5 soon.

Check with The OpenSurface via Facebook, they may still have some stocks.

The 8gb will most likely not be re-stocked.

How do you know your RMA replacement set is refurbished? The replacement set I received looks like it is new.
