LG Singapore does fix it for a fee, or you can send back to google play if you bought it there.

Hi guys, i am having problems with my shipments for the Nexus 4. I ordered a case with my Nexus 4 and used Hopshopgo(cgw) Express for the shipment. All went smoothly until it was processing at Hong Kong. I didn't notice it until today when they delivered my case but not the phone. Anyone had the same problem as i do? What is the use of a case without it's phone! Lol.

There is no delivery slip, DHL use handheld computers.

Actl i did. My phone + nexus 4 headset supposedly reached SG last last Sat, so i called to arrange delivery on Sunday. But then the DHL person tell me "sorry sir, my records tell me that you have 2 packages, but currently only one of them is in SG". They also cannot tell me which one, and ask me whether i want consolidate delivery when the second one arrive. Ofc i say deliver first got 50% chance is my new phone

To my surprise the next day the DHL guy came with 2 packages. I suppose the second one arrived on Sun.

Anws what i trying to say is i think your phone most likely your package still in HK or something and is not lost. You should just call DHL (1800-285 8888) and ask them to track down the other package for you.

Original cable?

Had this problem using those cheap cable brought from eBay.. Can only either charge or detect storage..

Also check the device manager to see if nexus 4 is detected if it state unknown device.. Than uninstall driver than replug nexus 4 and it will auto reinstall nexus 4 drivers

Nexus 4 May Be Indefinitely 'Out Of Inventory' On Google Play, LTE Nexus 7 'Not For Sale At This Time'

With leaks and speculation about the next Nexus phone reaching fever pitch, the Play Store's inventory of Nexus devices is under closer scrutiny than ever.

Since this morning, the LTE variant of the new Nexus 7 has been listed as "not for sale at this time," while the Nexus 4's 16GB flavor has joined its 8GB counterpart in "out of inventory" limbo.

When the 8GB variant hit "out of inventory" status, Google told the Verge there were no plans to restock it, despite the promising "please check back soon" following the ominous inventory status. This of course lead to speculation that the Nexus 4 price drop was really more like a clearance sale.

While we can only speculate about the Nexus 7 LTE (which just got its first factory image today), the Verge has confirmed with "a trusted source with knowledge of the company's plans" that Google has no plans to restock the 16GB Nexus 4

Just in case: if you put some passcode or other lock on the phone, you need to unlock it after you connect it to the computer to see it detected.
